"ITAL IS VITAL!!! Amazing ital restaurant tucked away in the Ocho Rios Transport Center. Ital food is vegetarian based no dairy. I found this place through a YouTube short video and had to visit during my vacation in Jamaica during the Christmas holidays. First the owner is FIRE, very down to earth and welcoming. The food is so fresh and delicious I could literally eat it everyday. I have seriously been focusing on transitioning to a vegetarian diet.Also they have amazing fresh pressed raw juices and sea moss drinks. I stocked up on sea moss drinks every time I visited. If you are in Ochi visit this place for amazing ital food."
